Welcome to my passion (besides Linda), my focus, my career - Vintage Lighting.
I am often asked at shows we do around the country or on the phone with customers or other like minded folks "How did you find your niche with Vintage Lighting?"
About 15 years ago I was restoring a 1908 Craftsman home in West Seattle. I could not find any vintage light fixtures I liked or I could afford around Seattle. My job at the time took me all over the country. In a little antique store 40 miles north of Grand Rapids, MI I walked into the barn, which was the store, and every rafter was filled with antique lighting. I knew I could buy some light fixtures there and restore them and resell them at a profit back in Seattle. I purchased 12 that day and a few thousand since.
